Peacock Easy Cook Basmati Rice has a subtle aromatic flavour, is easy to cook and does not stick. When uncooked the rice has a golden colour, but turns white upon cooking. 

Peacocok Easy Cook Basmati Rice is renowed for its consistent quality and can be used for countless international savoury dishes. 

Cooking Instructions: 

Allow 50g of rice per person. Add rice to a large saucepan of boiling water, reduce heat and simmer for 15-17 minutes. Drain well and stand for a few minutes. Lightly fork through the grain and serve.
